The initial 60 minute video consultation is an opportunity to get to know you, your goals, health and training history, review your movement and assess key areas of strength or capacity. The key information we gather will guide us in designing the perfect plan for you.
Once we have a clear picture of you and your specific needs, we will draw on our extensive experience and expertise to put together a detailed and progressive programme designed to meet your goals with the time, equipment and resources you have available.
An easy-to-use app will allow you to access your plan from anywhere, view videos and descriptions of every exercise, and monitor your progress and goals every step of the way.
Throughout your programme you will be able to communicate easily and directly with us via the training app. It’s a great way to ask questions, share videos and get expert feedback on training, technique and progressions.
Perfect training plan to get started.
For those committed to long term change.
For individuals or teams with specific needs or goals.
An easy-to-use app will allow you to access your plan and programme from anywhere. The app has clear customised videos and descriptions of every exercise and allows you to record and monitor your progress and track your metrics as you go.
If you feel like you need more regular coaching input we have limited availability for a small number of weekly one-to-one sessions both online and face-to-face.
This hour is an opportunity to focus on you and your needs. This could mean challenging and progressing your movement and strength training, fine-tuning exercise technique or assessing your progress on key areas.
The aim is for you to get the most out of your time with your coach, to keep you on track, focused and motivated in your own training.
Preparing for a Marathon
“I’ve been working with Leah for over two years and couldn’t speak more highly of her. I find her very knowledgeable, professional and down-to-earth at the same time. Nothing is ever too much for her.
Since lockdown my training continued online and I found the app well thought out and easy to use. I especially like the video feature and ability to send messages after sessions.”
Preparing for a Biathlon
“Leah is the ultimate coach. Deeply knowledgeable, motivating, and a pleasure to work with. Training is perfectly tailored to my specific needs and the ability to work together in person or online (as I’m now doing) has made it easy to track performance and stay consistent.
Most importantly, I’ve seen huge improvements in my sports performance and overall wellbeing! Having worked with many coaches and spent a long time researching the best options, I feel lucky to have found Leah.”
Preparing for a Triathlon
“I have been working with Leah for a number of years now, she knows how to keep both body and brain in check and running like a smooth engine. Her workouts, planning and attention to detail are second to none. Since lockdown the app has come into its own, kept me both strong and sane – it’s incredibly handy and useful and so good being able to track progress and view online content.
Without being in a gym it can be very tough to motivate yourself to workout from home, but the guided app and interesting and varied exercises from Leah make it all that much easier. Your body is the one asset you have for life so invest in it wisely with someone as knowledgeable and caring as Leah! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”
Online training is a comprehensive coaching service that involves me drawing on my twenty-plus years of experience to design a bespoke physical training program that will help you achieve your goals, whether they are health, movement or performance related.
Your program is written specifically for you and based on your goals, exercise history, current fitness levels, equipment and availability, movement, strength and capacity and any other relevant information gathered in your initial assessment.
An easy-to-use app will allow you to access your plan and programme from anywhere. The app has clear customised videos and descriptions of every exercise and allows you to record and monitor your progress and track your metrics as you go.
I work with anyone who’s motivated to achieve their goals and whether you want to compete or live a healthy balanced lifestyle. The training packages are more suited to people who are comfortable training on their own.
I recommend that all new clients start with a 60 minute initial consultation. This is an opportunity for us to catch up one to one either in person or via Skype/Facetime and talk through your goals, medical history, lifestyle, current and previous training history. There will be a short practical element in which we will review fundamental movement patterns, assess strength and capacity and set key metrics to work towards. I then have all the information to go away and write a programme specifically designed for you and your current level of training.
I’m also happy to arrange a brief chat over the phone if you’re unsure if online training is for you or want to ask any specific questions.
6 or 12 week bespoke and detailed training programme – Following your initial assessment, I will design your personalised plan from scratch and send it out to you within three to five days. The programme will be set out in 6 weeks training phases and will clearly map out your training sessions and exercises with clear videos and instructions to guide you through.
Use of a simple, easy-to-use training app with exercise videos – The app will allow you to access your plan from anywhere and record and monitor your progress and track your metrics as you go.
Elite coach support throughout – The messaging part of the app is a great way for us to stay in touch and me to support you in your training. If you have any questions about specific exercises, training or just want to let me know how a session has gone, you can get in touch. I want you to feel confident and happy with what you are doing and am here to support you every step of the way. If you are unsure of technique and want me to take a quick look at a video you can upload it through the app. I will always do my very best to respond to any messages within 48 hours.
Ability to track your progress and training goals – Marking your sessions as complete and noting down training loads (weights) and comments in the app will allow both you and I to track your progress. The ‘metrics’ part of the app will also display your current and previous testing scores and how close you are to reaching your goals.
Shortly after our initial assessment you will receive an invite from True Coach which once you accept will allow you to access your training plan and programme. You can do this on the computer or through the app. It’s pretty intuitive and straightforward but here’s a little video of how it all works.

At the end of your programme I will suggest scheduling a review to discuss how you’ve found the programme, whether it’s been too much or too little, what you’ve loved (and hated!), areas where you feel like you’ve improved and areas you’d like to focus more on moving forward. It’s also a chance for me to make sure I have pitched things at the right level for you and that you are finding the training challenging, motivating and achievable.
If you’re keen to keep training and progressing we can also use this time to discuss goals, planning and training in your next training block and retest on key metrics.
I will aim to see you for your initial consultation within a week or two of you getting in touch. I then go away and write your bespoke plan and programme from scratch and aim to deliver it to you within 3-5 working days.
Although I specialise in sports injury rehabilitation and reconditioning I am not a medical practitioner and am not in a position to diagnose injuries or provide medical advice. If you have an acute injury or medical condition I would advise seeing a qualified medical practitioner before commencing any programme. I am happy to recommend excellent sports doctors, physiotherapists and osteopaths if you would like to be assessed before starting a programme.
No. Each programme is written on a bespoke basis and I will work with whatever equipment and space you have available to you. If I believe you will benefit from specific pieces of equipment to achieve your goals, I will make recommendations.

Definitely. If you are struggling with certain exercises, technique or just motivation you can book an hour of my time (online or in person) and I will coach you through anything you feel unsure of and give you a few cues and pointers to keep you on track.
Still not sure? Let me know what you’d like to know and I’ll get back to you asap.
